Born in Jerusalem in 1961, Harush Shlomo studied the history of the Middle East at the Hebrew University and then photography at the Hadassah community college in Jerusalem. e lived in Milan, Italy between 1990 and 1997. In 1997, while maintaining his base in Milan, he opened a studio in New York. Harush Shlomo’s artistic voice is expressed in photography, painting, sculpture and mixed media, which are in constant rapport. In recent years his main interest has been concentrated on the metamorphosis of shapes, material and light. Shlomo’s artworks have been featured in solo and group exhibitions in Europe and the United States, including the Bologna Art Fair ,Modernism at the Armory in New York and Milan Art Fair. He lives and work in New York City and Milan.
