She was born in 1951 in Pove del Grappa (Vicenza - Italy). She has her office in Monteforte d'Alpone (Verona) and in Milan. She attends the Art-school in Verona, and the Accademy in Venice.She starts exibiting in 1979. She begins her work developing conceptual experiences , connected to the Body-Art, in which is prevalent the photographic way. Patrizia Guerresi's art reaches to the culture through the images of herself; that's the leading theme of her previous experience. From 1980 to 1983 she uses bronze, and then polychrome plaster. From 1985 her works are principally producted on stone and resin, and they offer to the touch and to the sight a matter, that you seek and you want. She makes exibitions in Italy, but also in Germany, France and Holland.
